DWC x DoubleXX

The 2015 – 2017 Denim world Championship is getting organized and ready for it’s May 1, 2015 start date. This contest will be the one to end them all with 5 different denim weight classes to compete in, the HWDC#3 – Last Man Standing contest as well as the Denim Tuxedo World Championship! Double XX has the honor of not only creating the website for the contest (along with the contest forum) but the contest T-shirts and all other merchandise.

We are beginning the contest offerings with 3 shirts:

The shirts cost between $30 – $50 US dollars per with FREE shipping anywhere in the world by USPS First-Class mail. We will also be offering EMS Express shipping this year if you live a long way from the USA and want your shirt faster and with tracking.

All the Competition shirts are printed on 6.1 oz, 100% cotton Comfort Colors, aftermarket dyed shirt. Because of the dying they have a “distressed, soft and worn” look to them. Comfort colors shirts will match your jeans perfectly and will last just as long (if not longer) than your denim. They fit true to size and because of the dying there will be only minimal shrinkage when you wash them.

DWC official contest shirts:

These shirts are printed in white and metallic gold on 6.1 oz, 100% Cotton, Pocketed shirts from Comfort Colors (Chouinard). They are a unique Denim blue color that will fad ever so slightly with every wash. The design for the shirt is the official logo of the competition, a graphic reminiscent of the Iconic Levis® patch but with 6 men trying to bust the denim instead of 2 mules. The front pocket is printed with the bullet (alternate) logo of the competition. The metallic ink will be bright and shinny when the shirt is new but will phosphorize a little with every wash and will take on more of “Brass” look over time. These will fit true to size and if you have any question about sizing just order the same size you did for the HWDC#1 or HWDC#2 and you won’t be disappointed. These are pre-order shirts. They will ship the first week of November!

HWDC#3 Last Man Standing shirts:

These shirts are printed in white, red and tan on 6.1 oz, 100% Cotton, shirts from Comfort Colors (Chouinard). They are a unique Black color that will fad ever so slightly with every wash but look a little faded right from the start. The design for the shirt is the official logo of the HWDC#3 Last man Standing competition, the last of the Popeye trilogy. These are the third ( and last ) of the Popeye Heavyweight Denim Championships series. If you have the first two then you must have this one as well. These will fit true to size and if you have any question about sizing just order the same size you did for the HWDC#1 or HWDC#2 and you won’t be disappointed. These are pre-order shirts. They will ship the first week of November!

The “RED CROSS” Denim World Championships Shirt:

These shirts are in white on 6.1 oz, 100% Cotton, shirts from Comfort Colors (Chouinard). They are a unique Red color that will fad ever so slightly with every wash but look a little faded right from the start. The design for the shirt is the stitched Red Cross logo inn the left chest with the official DWC logo in white on the back. These are the second of the Denim World Championships series. These will fit true to size and if you have any question about sizing just order the same size you did for the HWDC#1 or HWDC#2 and you won’t be disappointed. These are pre-order shirts.
